Space and Equipment Allotment
Each space will be six feet (8 feet for Platinum Sponsors). We allow each sponsor to select a site based upon their sponsorship level and in the order in which they registered.
You must locate at the assigned booth. If you are in the wrong area, we will ask you to move your display, so please make sure you know where you are supposed to be located before you erect your display.
We will supply basic 120V 20-amp electrical service to each booth, if it is ordered in advance on the hotel’s regular order form. Any additional services will be at your cost and must be ordered directly from the hotel.
Providing this information in advance of the conference will allow the hotel to have your equipment ready at setup time. If they do not have advance notice, they may not be able to accommodate your needs for several hours, causing you to lose valuable networking time.

Trade Show Contest
Who has the "best dressed booth?" That will be the question on all attendee's minds as we introduce a new contest this year. Trade Show sponsors will vie for the honor of being named the "Best Dressed Booth" at the trade show.
Two divisions: one for eight-foot tables (Platinum Sponsors) and one for six-foot tables (all other divisions).
Make sure your booth is exciting, enticing and inviting, and you'll get more sales contacts that you believed possible!
