Shipping

Shipping materials to the hotel and back to your office and setting up your booth will be easy, if we all follow these procedures.

Shipping

Hotel shipping departments are often the least important to the hotel and the most important to you and me. However, if we follow these instructions exactly, we should be able to get all our shipments into the hotel and back to our offices without incident.

Your shipping instructions are different depending on whether you are shipping your trade show booth and supplies to the trade show or specialty advertising items to us for insertion into the goody bags. Please make sure your shipments are addressed correctly and arrive at the proper time to assure they are delivered to their proper destination.

Shipping Items to be Inserted into the Goody Bags

The goody bags are given to all attendees upon registration. Inserting a specialty advertising item provides an excellent opportunity to introduce your company to all attendees as they drink their morning coffee. Pens, coffee cups, letter openers, magnets, and similar items are excellent marketing tools. We will be happy to insert these items at no charge; however, we do not insert pamphlets or printed materials.

To ship items to the hotel for insertion into the goody bags, address your shipments as follows:

 Your shipments must arrive at the Westin by Friday, April 18, 2008 and must not arrive before Wednesday, April 15, 2008 or they may be refused and returned to your office!
Please make sure shipments arrive at the proper time!

Please use all lines of the above address on your shipments to assure that they are delivered to us in time to be inserted into the goody bags. See the Exhibitor Order Form for shipping charges.

Shipping your Trade Show Booth and Supplies to the Trade Show

All shipments will be delivered directly to your booth location at the trade show if you follow these instructions carefully. The charges to ship to the Westin are listed on the Exhibitor Order Form. Please note that these charges are one-way and return shipments will incur similar charges.

Address all shipments to the trade show as follows:

Your shipments must arrive by Wednesday, April 23, 2008 and cannot arrive before Monday, April 21, 2008 or they may be refused and returned to your office! If you are unsure of your booth number, please refer to the trade show layout. Click here to download the trade show layout.

AFCP Tracking Service

We are happy to track your packages and assure that they arrive on time and get to the trade show and/or the goody bags, but we need your help. You must fax a copy of the shipping documents to us at 781-459-7770 so we have the tracking number and shipping company. We will review each shipment online to assure that it is received by the hotel and then contact hotel personnel to assure that it is delivered appropriately within the hotel. Please fax the shipping documents as soon as you place your shipments.
