You can reach the entire Free Paper Industry by attending just one meeting -- the Association of Free Community Paper’s 2008 Conference and Trade Show in Rancho Mirage, California (Palm Springs area). This single meeting represents your best chance to promote your products to the greatest number of key decision makers in the Free Paper Industry. Always the highest attended conference of the year, AFCP brings together owners, publishers, and general managers from across the country to network, share ideas, meet with suppliers and research new technologies, products and services. Maximum Exposure for your Products and Services

The AFCP conference and trade show will be held in the convention facilities at the Westin Mission Hills Resort. All breakfasts and breaks will be held in the same room guaranteeing a steady traffic flow through the Trade Show Exhibit Hall. This will provide maximum exposure of your products and services.

Face-to-Face meetings

The special face-to-face meeting time for attendees to meet you will be held at the beginning of the conference. This allows you to meet the attendees and schedule follow-up meetings with those who show the greatest interest. Early introductions create constant flow of interested buyers past your booth.

Great opportunities to market your products and services

• 30-minute breaks during the conference allow more time to meet with attendees and “work the hallways”.
• Expanded hours – the trade show will begin at 7:30 a.m. Thursday and conclude at 2 p.m. Saturday, allowing you to spend quality time with each contact. 
• Pre-conference advertising in Free Paper INK – AFCP will publish a list of vendors each month as part of its pre-conference promotion. As soon as you register, your company will be listed as a vendor in our monthly Free Paper INK. The earlier that you register, the more free promotion you receive. 
• Pre-Conference contact information for all registered attendees to allow you to pique attendees' interest with emails, post cards and other marketing messages.
